Eating vegan does not mean a bowl of brown rice and fake meat. This class will prepare sophisticated vegan fare that present itself as well as any dish in a gourmet restaurant. We will be preparing spinach and tofu napoleons with spicy ginger dressing, hand made corn pasta with peppers and tomatoes and chocolate mocha mousse.
