We recommend loose, comfortable clothing and closed toe, rubber soled shoes as you will be standing for several hours and the kitchen environment is warmer than the average living room. Please refrain from wearing perfumes as they clash with the cooking aromas and avoid long or dangling jewelry as it poses a hazard around kitchen machines.

Bring a pen and notebook to record any information that is not supplied on the menu sheets. Everything else that you will need is provided.

Please contact us before booking regarding any allergies or dietary restrictions so that we can determine what measures to take in order to accommodate you. There are cats on the premises so we are not able to host students with a feline allergy.

Please click on this link to Brickbottom Artist Association for detailed directions whether driving or using public transportation. Parking in the Brickbottom lot is for residents only but there is ample space on either Joy St. or Chestnut St. leading up to the building.

Cancellations must be made no less than 7 days prior to the reserved class in order to receive a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee. However, if there is a waiting list for the class and we can fill your spot, we will issue a refund with less than 7 days to go. If you cannot attend sending another person in your place is always welcome.
If we have to cancel a class you may either book another class or receive a full refund.

Due to the fickleness of the market place when dealing with small farms and suppliers menues listed are subject to change if a product becomes unoptainable.
