Cold Soups for the Summer

When the dog days of summer are upon us a chilled soup as the main course can be refreshing and satisfying. In this class we will prepare watermelon gazpacho with citrus poached shrimp, potato and leek with chicken and grape salad, fresh heirloom tomato and basil with avocado salsa and for dessert fuji apple and Riesling with ginger and Greek yoghurt.
