If you have vacationed in Greece you understand the richness and quality of the cuisine. Sadly, in this country, what passes for Greek cooking come across more bland and greasy than truly authentic. This class will teach participants how to make the real thing. We will prepare tzatziki with pita, Greek village salad with sheep’s milk feta, moussaka and baklava.
